Dragnet: The Big Stop

A traffic cop has been shot in cold blood at an intersection and no one knows why.

Detectives Joe Friday and Frank Smith are assigned to the Homicide Detail and are given the case. It is their assignmentjob to track down a potential killer who is now loose in the city.

The problem:  They have no idea who he is, where to find him, or who is next victim might be.

They just know they have to stop him.
