Lux Radio Theatre: Murder, My Sweet

Philip Marlowe is hired by Moose Malloy, a minor hood who has just spent the last eight years of his life in prison.  Moose wants Marlowe to help him find Velma, his former girlfriend who he has not seen or heard from in more than six years.

The case proves much more difficult than Marlowe anticipates as his investigation leads him into a complex web of deceit and criminal activity. What is most perplexing is that Phil can't figure out anyone's motive for making Velma disappear.
