Burns & Allen Show - Marrying Off Eddie Cantor's Daughter
During the housing crisis in Los Angeles after WWII, George and Gracie find Eddie Cantor sleeping on a park bench. He explains that his house is overcrowded because his married daughters have returned home with their families due to the shortage of housing.
Gracie determines to get one of his unmarried daughters to marry their band leader, the shy Meredith Willson, who owns his own home.
Pretty funny script.
