Dragnet: The Big Cab

A series of robberies in the downtown area of L.A. resulted in serious injuries to an older proprietor. Joe and Frank follow several different leads with zero results.

Then they have a hunch. The robber came through the rain, but was not drenched. They know he had no car and couldn't have walked any distance without getting soaked.  How has he been getting around?

Perhaps he takes a cab.
