Gang Busters - The Case of the Tennessee Valley Killer
In a courthouse square of a small town in a tobacco growing region of North Carolina, Mr. Clark, a local farmer meets a stranger, Troy Blankenship, on a park bench. Both men have something in common -- they raise fighting roosters.
After a spirited discussion, they arrange for a showdown between their prized game cocks for later in the evening. Blankenship, however, has two accomplices who will not be at the cock fight. While the whole town turns out to watch the inhumane blood sport, they will be robbing a safe.
It ends up Blankenship is an escaped felon who has been committing an assortment of crimes in several states throughout the Tennessee Valley -- even murder.
