When a strange, unassuming little man named Weeb Pendle rides into Dodge City atop an old mule, few of the folks in town take time to notice.

When a group of local bullies start picking on Pendle, however, things begin to get intense. When Weeb reveals a particular talent he possesses they turn murderous.

Early John Meston script that incorporates jealousy, prejudice, empathy and compassion - and established a precedent for future Gunsmoke episodes that followed.
