Sam Spade: The Bail Bond Caper

When Sam's old flame Vivian walks into his office he knows it is going to spell trouble. Vivian wants Sam to run interference for her husband, Leo Scarlotti, a bail bondsman with a criminal past.

Leo, it is believed, set up recently paroled hoodlum Charlie Rosenfoy for a crime that led to Charlie serving a stretch in prison. Now Charlie is out and is trying to involve Leo in a major caper involving a million dollars worth of bearer bonds.

Sandra Gould shines as Bernadette, Effie's replacement.
