Suspense: Crossfire

A homicide detective is called in on a murder investigation and soon discovers evidence implicating a group of demobilized soldiers in the death of one Joseph Samuels.  The story develops in flashbacks, providing several different viewpoints of events leading up to the murder.

Meanwhile, army Sgt. Keeley begins his own investigation in an attempt to clear Mitchell, a soldier who becomes the main suspect.  Along the way, the true motive for the killing begins to dawn on both investigators.
